NOTE: The AV control station will be in the front of the room (off to the right side).

   
AV Equipment:

District XI will provide the following for each room:
• One front projection screen
• Tables & Chairs
• Six easels
• Computer projection unit
  (Audio Mixer/Sound System for mikes and audio)
• Five wireless lavaliere microphones
   (not required in P&P, but District XI will provide)
   (at nationals microphones are provided)
